1. Payment: provides a variety of secure payment methods to enhance your shopping experience. We accept the following payment methods:

  • UPI (Unified Payments Interface):

  • PhonePe:
    • PhonePe users can conveniently make payments using their preferred method within the PhonePe app.

    • Utilize Google Pay for a secure and efficient payment process directly through the app.
  • Net Banking:
    • Bank with ease by choosing the net banking option to complete your purchase securely.
  • Debit and Credit Cards:
    • accepts major debit and credit cards for your convenience.
  • Wallets:
    • Enjoy the flexibility of using various digital wallets for a swift and secure payment process.

2. Returns and Refunds:

a. Damage or Broken Product:

  • If you receive a damaged or broken product, you are eligible for a return and refund. To initiate the process, a video capturing the unboxing must be provided as proof of damage.

b. Cancellation within 3 Hours:

  • Orders can be canceled for a full refund within 3 hours after placing the order. After this timeframe, the order is considered confirmed and cancellation is not possible.

c. Incorrect Address:

  • If a customer provides an incorrect shipping address, a refund is not possible. However, we offer the option to change the address and input the correct details before shipment.

d. Address Change:

  • Customers have the option to change the shipping address within a specified timeframe. Please contact our support team promptly to make necessary changes.

e. Next Day Shipping:

  • We strive to ship orders promptly. If changes are made to the shipping address within the specified timeframe, we will aim to ship the corrected order the next day.

f. No Refund for RTO (Return to Origin) Orders:

  • Orders that are returned to the origin (RTO) due to issues such as incorrect address or non-delivery cannot be refunded. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and complete shipping information.

g. Incorrect Size:

Please ensure to carefully review product sizes before placing an order, as does not accept returns for incorrect sizes. For exchanges or returns due to size issues, customers will be responsible for both forward and reverse shipping charges.

Return/Exchange Charges:
There is a flat fee of ₹99 applicable for returns or exchanges. However, in case you receive a wrong or damaged product, this fee will be waived.
